Our Promise

Every EVCo Skincare product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at EVCo.skincare@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, reach out within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

A Note on Handcrafted Products

Natural, handcrafted soap has its own character — slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of what makes each bar unique. These are not defects.
