Processing Time All EVCo Skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at EVCo.skincare@gmail.com  with a photo and we'll make it right.
